Climb aboard the charming historic vessel Sinopah, built in 1926, the oldest wooden boat in our fleet. Relax and enjoy all this “secret” valley offers, take in the scenery of Sinopah and Rising Wolf mountains while learning about the rich Blackfeet tribal history surrounding the Two Medicine area. Upon docking at the head of the lake you can choose to remain on the boat or disembark and begin a self-guided hike or hike with one of our guides to Twin Falls and catch a later return boat.

Vehicle Reservations are not required to enter the Two Medicine Entrance of the Park, and Tour Reservations at Two Medicine Lake will not include Vehicle Reservations to the GTSR Corridor. Please have a copy of your Reservation Confirmation on entering the park in case of seasonal closures.
Tour Length
45 Minutes round trip, allow 2.5-3 hours for boat tour and guided hike to Twin Falls. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the drop off point for hikers.
Hiking Options
All tour times allow for self-guided hiking. Starting July 1st, we offer a free optional guided hike at 1pm & 3pm daily to Twin Falls Waterfall. This narrated leisurely hike is 1.8 miles round trip for those looking for a mild hiking experience. All scenic round trip tours & optional hiking tours include a return ticket (See return times listed below). All tours will dock at the head of Two Medicine Lake if water levels allow.

Want to get an early start on your hike and still have the option of taking the boat for your return trip? Book a One-way return ticket, these are for return boat trips only, not out-bound travel from the main dock.

Park entrance delays may occur during heavy seasonal visitation. We recommend you plan to arrive at your location at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled tour time to allow extra time to park and check-in at the ticket office. At busy times some entrances may be temporarily closed, please be prepared to present a copy of your Reservation Confirmation on entering the park in case of seasonal closures.
Watercraft Rental Information
Two Medicine Lake offers a variety of personal watercraft rentals. Advanced reservations are available for a limited number of watercraft, reservations will require a minimum of 2-hour rental and are available at the first time slot in the morning only at 9:30am. Remaining rentals will be available on a first come first serve basis at the ticket office location.
Life jackets, paddles, oars and fuel are provided at no additional charge.

Two Medicine Ticket Office

The Two Medicine Ticket Office is located at the edge of the parking lot near the dock. Two Medicine Road will dead end at the parking lot. The nearest restroom facilities are located off the parking lot near the camp store.

This service is operated by Glacier Park Boat Company, a Concessioner under contract with the U.S. Government and administered by the National Park Service.
